MULTIROTOR CARRIER + PODS/REMUDA / POINTER/STATUS: IN DEVELOPMENT
Remuda + Pointer
Remuda is a heavy-lift carrier with a magazine of Pointer pods slung beneath it. It sets a pod beside a wellhead or a tank hatch, leaves it to listen, and retrieves it on a later pass.

WHAT IT’S FOR
- 01Leaving a methane pod on a suspect tank hatch for a month rather than sending a sniffer truck twice.
- 02H2S monitoring at a sour battery where nobody wants to stand and take a reading.
- 03Instrumenting a pad during a workover, then recovering the hardware when the crew leaves.
WHAT IT ISN’T
Remuda is not a delivery drone and not a permanent fixed monitoring installation. It is a way to move a small number of good sensors to a large number of places.
RENDERS ARE ENGINEERING CONCEPTS. FIELD OUTPUT SHOWN AS SIMULATED IS LABELLED AS SUCH.
PREVIOUS SYSTEM
Vaquero
Long-endurance lease survey. Optical and thermal, one takeoff.
NEXT SYSTEM
Sounder
Rigless wellbore inspection for wells that will never justify a wireline unit.
